How do I connect my Reddit Vault to Opensea?

To connect your Reddit Vault to Opensea, you will need to create your vault in MetaMask. 

You will need the following things to do this:

• Your Reddit Vault seed phrase (How do I get my seed Phrase for my Reddit Vault)
• A computer with 1 or more web browsers on it

As of the time of writing this article, you must start with a new MetaMask installation to do this. If you already have MetaMask installed on your preferred browser, do the following steps in a secondary browser, and we will show you how to move it to your preferred browser at the end.

1. Install MetalMask on your web browser
   1. Go to https://metamask.io/ and click download
   2. click Install MetaMask for *your browser name*
   3. You may need to click another button to install it now. Like "add to Firefox" and Add
   4. You should now see a little fox  in the extensions section of your browser.
2. Next you will need to setup MetaMask with your Reddit Vault's seed Phrase
   1. After installing MetaMask it should bring you to a Welcome to MetaMask screen
   2. Click Get Started
   3. They will ask about helping them improve MetaMask, Read what they say, and make your decision. I often say yes to these things, but on this one I said no due to what it contains.
   4. On the next screen it will say New TO MetaMask? Select Import Wallet under No I already have a Secret Recovery Phrase. 
   5. Next enter the 12 words that you have written down as a backup or you are looking at on your phone following the instructions on How do I get my seed Phrase for my Reddit Vault, Set a password for your MetaMask Wallet and agree to the Terms of Use. Pay attention to spelling and the order and click Import. If either the spelling or order are incorrect, your wallet will not restore correctly. If you enter it incorrectly, you may see a warning about it.
   6. Congratulations, you have created/restored your reddit vault into MetaMask on your desktop. Click All Done
   7. It is a good idea to confirm that the address in your MetaMask Wallet matches your Reddit Vault's address

If you need to bring this wallet into your primary browser there are a few more steps. Never share the information from this step with another person, this information is as sensitive as your Seed Phrase. It is the actual private key to your wallet.

1. Click on the MetaMask extension in your secondary browser
2. Click on the three vertical dots 
3. Then Click on Account details
4. Click on Export Private Key
5. Enter your MetaMask password and click confirm and your private key will be displayed in red text in a box.
6. Highlight/Select your private key capturing all 3 or 4 lines of it.
7. Right-click and select copy
8. In your primary browser click the MetaMask extension
9. Click on the circle that is symbolizes your account
10. Click on Import Account 
11. Right click in the enter private key string here box and click paste, then click import
12. Confirm that the address imported into your Primary browser matches the address exported from your Secondary browser. If it does, you can delete MetaMask from your secondary browser which will delete that wallet keeping your information safer. If it does not, then you did not copy and paste your private key correctly or completely.
